Last panel totes made me chuckle.
I got a belly laugh off panel 2. Partly for the “That’s just wrong” aspect, partly for the fact that Monster’s saliva is blood-colored. Gross, Bretty, so hilariously gross.
Am I reading into the fact that Monster’s collar is the only element that appears to be drawn with really crisp lines? Because I like to believe it’s foreshadowing. For what, I have no idea. It’s just something I noticed. It’s almost other-worldly.
